This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures regarding the collection and use of information within the mobile game “Bombs n Blocks” (referred to as the “Application”), operated by Dawid Bielarski (referred to as the “Administrator”).

  1. Information Collection and Use The “Glow Block Puzzle” Application is designed for minimal data collection. The Administrator does not directly collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from users, such as name, email address, physical address, or phone number.

A. Data Stored Locally on the Device

The Application stores certain data locally on the user’s device (PlayerPrefs) to ensure continuity of gameplay. This data is not transmitted to the Administrator or any external server.

Progress and Score Data: High Scores for different game modes.

In-Game Economy Data: Number of Coins held.

Content Data: Status of Skin Unlocks (unlocked/locked skins).

Usage and Power-Ups: Counts of Power-ups available.

B. Third-Party Services (Google AdMob)

The Application utilizes advertising services provided by Google AdMob. These services may collect and use data to display ads, measure their effectiveness, and maintain the Application’s operation.

The Administrator does not directly control the data collected by Google AdMob.

Data Collected by AdMob: This data may include device identifiers, IP address, device type, operating system, approximate location, and information about ad interactions.

Purpose: To provide personalized advertising (depending on user settings outside the application), measure ad effectiveness, and prevent fraud.

The use of Google AdMob is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the Application, the user accepts that this data may be collected by Google AdMob for the provision of advertising services.

  1. Information Sharing The Administrator does not share any locally stored game progress data with third parties.

Data collected by third-party services (such as Google AdMob) is shared and processed in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.

  1. Children’s Privacy (COPPA/GDPR) The “Glow Block Puzzle” Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Administrator does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the Administrator becomes aware that such data has been collected from a child without verifiable parental consent, steps will be taken to promptly delete the information.

  2. Data Security The Administrator takes commercially acceptable measures to protect the data stored locally on the user’s device. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and the Administrator cannot guarantee absolute data security.

  3. Changes to This Privacy Policy The Administrator reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the Google Play Store or within the Application itself.
